This is a transcription of the original will of Averye Puplett of Bansted, Surrey. Written on 3 February 1622 and proved in 1622, no proof of probate on the will.

forme followinge vis.. First I Bequeath my soule to Almyghtie god my saviou[r] and
redeemer in whome I trust to be saved and my bodie to be buryed in the church yard at Bansted at the discretion
of my executors
